1. Who we are

The 351 Graus platform is an AI tools platform operated by Innovance Global, based in Lisbon, Portugal.

This policy applies to all users and visitors of 351graus.com and the tools available on the platform.

2. What data we collect

We only collect data that you voluntarily provide to us and, if you allow it, site usage data. We do not build behavioral profiles and do not share data with advertisers.

• Contact form: name, email, subject, and message — used exclusively to respond to your inquiry.
• Analysis tools: data you enter into the tools is processed by the Anthropic Claude API. We do not store it on our servers.
• Usage data (only with your consent): Google Analytics 4 uses the _ga and _ga_* cookies, lasting up to 2 years, to measure site usage in aggregate. They are only set if you click “Accept” in the cookie banner. Without your consent, Google Analytics only receives cookieless signals with no identifiers. You can change your choice at any time via Cookie preferences.

3. How we use your data

• Respond to messages you send via the contact form
• Process the analyses requested through the AI tools
• Improve the platform using anonymous usage data

We do not use your data for unsolicited marketing, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties for commercial purposes.

4. Legal basis for processing

Processing is based on consent and legitimate interest, in compliance with the GDPR and the Brazilian LGPD.

5. Data retention

Contact form data is retained for the period necessary to respond to the request and no longer than 12 months.
