About the Project

A platform built by
someone who lives the corridor

351 Graus was born from a simple question: why are the intelligence tools available to those operating between Brazil and Portugal so generic, so expensive, or so scattered? The answer was to build them.

Who's Behind It

Behind every analysis,
a name that answers for it.

Alex Souza has spent nearly three decades in corporate finance, M&A, and business valuation across Brazil and the United States — including two finance director roles, one of them leading the regional operations of a US$16 billion multinational.

He has built valuation models for acquisitions and business units, led due diligence and strategic planning for international investors, designed franchising business models, and championed Sarbanes-Oxley implementation at regional level. Today, alongside founding Innovance Global, he works in process excellence at a multinational group.

That operating experience shapes the 351 Graus focus: analysis with the rigor of someone who has been accountable for the numbers, calibrated for the Brazil–Portugal corridor — and ending in decisions and systems your team can actually run.

What It Is

Intelligence serving the Atlantic corridor

The 351 Graus platform is a suite of AI tools built specifically for professionals, businesses, and investors operating in the Brazil–Portugal corridor. The name carries two layers: Portugal's international dialing code (+351), and the ambition to build a global intelligence platform anchored in the Atlantic corridor.

Each tool was designed to solve a real, recurring problem in this corridor: investors who need quick analysis before a meeting, founders who need to understand their risk profile before seeking capital, brands that need bicultural content strategy, businesses that need to navigate tariffs and compliance in global trade.

Access to the tools is available through Innovance Global. To learn more or request access, get in touch with our team.

What guides every decision
in this platform

🎯
Specificity
Generic tools produce generic analysis. Every solution here has been calibrated for the specific context of the Brazil–Portugal corridor — not for the entire world.
⚡
Speed with substance
Strategic decisions need fast, reliable information. The tools deliver analysis in seconds, without sacrificing the depth that matters.
🌐
Applied intelligence
Quality strategic information should be available to those operating on the Atlantic corridor — with the depth of a consultancy and the speed of AI.
